This Privacy Policy sets out SpodaCo's policy with regard to the use and disclosure of identifiable information collected by SpodaCo from users of this website. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the proprietary information that customers may submit to SpodaCo when requesting models. SpodaCo's obligation to keep such information confidential is set forth in the Customer Agreement to which members must agree when registering as customers.

Personally Identifiable Information

SpodaCo only collects personally identifiable information (such as name, address, and e-mail address) about users of this website (the "Website") when such information is voluntarily submitted by the user ("you") as part of the registration process. SpodaCo will retain the registration information you submit in a specific file. When you voluntarily submit such personal information, you are consenting to receive emails from SpodaCo from time to time regarding various SpodaCo marketing events or promotions. If you do not wish to receive promotional email from SpodaCo, you may send a message to info@SpodaCo.com asking that SpodaCo stop sending you such messages.

SpodaCo will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties, except to the extent such disclosure is: (a) necessary to provide services to you (including for example by providing your name and address to a courier company so that your models can be delivered to you) or to enforce the Customer Agreement; or (b) required by applicable laws or regulations or by court or administrative order.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

SpodaCo reserves the right to track non-personal information about your use of its Website, including without limitation: the URL that you have come from (whether this URL is on its Website or not), the URL you go to next (whether this URL is on its Website or not), the Internet browser being used, the type of operating system used, and your location and IP address. A user's IP address is used for system administration purposes and to track a user's session, in order to give SpodaCo an understanding as to which parts of its Website users are visiting. SpodaCo may use such non-personal information for purposes including but not limited to improving the content of its Website, marketing, advertising, or research purposes. SpodaCo shall not disclose such non-personal information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy will remain in effect unless changed by posting of an amended policy on the Website. Such changed policy will take effect upon posting.
